Continuity Error

How the Perpetual Story works

• Everyone on this server writes this one story together, a sentence at a time. It’s saved on the server and never resets.
• Each round, every player can add one sentence. You need an account to add sentences or vote.
• Once 5 sentences are in, voting opens for 24 hours. You can still add sentences while voting is open.
• A sentence needs at least 3 votes to win. If the time runs out before any sentence has that many, voting stays open until one does.
• You get one vote per round and can change it at any time, so if a better sentence comes along, switch. You can’t vote for your own sentence.
• Sentences are anonymous until voting closes. Then the most-voted sentence joins the story (a tie goes to whichever was added first), everyone’s votes are revealed, and a new round begins.
• The leaderboard shows the ten players whose sentences have received the most votes in total.
